Top-notch service from the staff, making this place both relaxing and luxurious. 😌.

Everything was perfect, fairly clean hotel, exceptionally nice and perfect location close to seafood Jimbaran bay. I was offered an astonishing breakfast also with more Eropian food.

The staff - some of them were clueless.

The service is excellent. The staff is always helpful and extremely friendly. The food tastes very good regardless of the meal. Room service is free and available around the clock. The hotel has a free shuttle that runs every hour to the beach and back. It's clean and safe. A hotel to feel good where you are very welcome.

The twin room had a comfortable bed, air conditioning, an electronic key card, and a work desk.

Everything! The room and the bathroom were very clean and spacious. The staff was always super nice and helpful. The breakfast was also very good, something for every taste. The Rooftop Cinema was brilliant. For about 7 eur... Cinema and 3 h long buffet. We would come back to this hotel again and again.

The staff was top, the suite was just right for the end of our round trip, breakfast was superb

It's not 5 stars, but we didn't really expect that either. The construction sounds were partly heard in the morning. Prices of room service grossly exaggerated.

Free shuttle service to the beach and Samasta Lifestyle Village - great, so I didn't have to walk! The staff helped with airport and laundry requests - like I can't do it myself. The restaurant had a wide range of international dishes - finally, something other than local food. The pool and playground - well, at least the kids were entertained.

The on-site wellness centre and barbershop couldn't fix my bad hair day - thanks for nothing.

I loved the free shuttle service to the beach and restaurants, as well as the range of international dishes at the restaurant. The semi-indoor and outdoor pools were perfect for relaxing, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Oh, and let's not forget the "crafted comfort" of the hotel, complete with dodgy smell in the bathroom and a barbershop on-site. Just what every posh lady needs!
